What to prepare
- Number of branches, tables and main service periods
- Menu files and the current state of Thai, English and Chinese translations
- The personal PromptPay or K SHOP QR currently used by the restaurant
- Thermal printer model, connection type and paper width
- Staff roles that may view orders, edit menus or handle refunds
