Built for independent restaurants in Thailand

Guests scan, order and pay. The kitchen receives only confirmed orders.

Keep table numbers, a digital menu, Thai QR payments, orders and receipts in one flow—without re-keying every order at the counter.

Let the system handle the repetitive steps

A QR for every table

The scan identifies the restaurant and table. Guests do not need an account or an app.

The amount is pre-filled

starmenu calculates the cart and creates a Thai QR Payment payload for the exact order amount.

Paid first, then kitchen

An order enters the kitchen queue only after the server has confirmed its payment state.

One connected service

Menu, orders, payments and printing

Each merchant gets an operating console, while the SaaS console manages tenants, plans, permissions and system health.

Digital menu

Update Thai, English and Chinese names, options, add-ons, availability and prices without reprinting table codes.

Flexible payments

Merchants may use a personal PromptPay code or K SHOP merchant code. Dynamic amount and automatic confirmation depend on the configured channel.

Android order printing

A dedicated app receives orders and prints kitchen tickets over Bluetooth, USB or network printers, with retry and reprint controls.

Four connected steps

From the table to the kitchen without duplicate entry

The table, order and payable amount remain linked to the same transaction.

  1. 01

    Scan the table code

starmenu resolves the restaurant and table and creates an anonymous browser identity.

  2. 02

    Choose dishes

Guests select variants and add-ons; the server rechecks price, stock and opening status.

  3. 03

    Pay by QR

The payment page presents a Thai QR for the exact order amount and waits for server confirmation.

  4. 04

    Print in the kitchen

Confirmed orders are pushed to the Android receiver and printed using the merchant’s routing rules.

Common questions

What small restaurants need to know

Do we need a bank API to start?

Not always. A merchant PromptPay or K SHOP QR can be used to create an amount-specific code. Automatic payment confirmation still requires an approved notification or status API; otherwise staff confirm in the receiver app.

Do guests need to log in?

No. The table code identifies the location, and an anonymous browser identifier restores the cart and eligible orders on that device. Clearing browser data may remove it.

Must table codes be reprinted after a price change?

No. The code identifies the restaurant and table; menu content and availability are managed in the merchant console.

Can a K SHOP QR include the order amount?

If it is a standard Thai QR Payment merchant payload, starmenu can add the amount without changing the merchant identity. Knowing that money has arrived is a separate payment-notification capability.
